| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: C13orf24 is also known as Progesterone-induced-blocking factor 1 (PIBF1). PIBF1 is synthesized by lymphocytes of healthy pregnant women in the presence of progesterone and inhibits arachidonic acid release, by acting on the phospholipase A2 enzyme, inducing a Th2 biased immune response. It also controls NK activity, and modifies the cytokine balance exerting an anti-abortive effect. Function: Mediator of progesterone that by acting on the phospholipase A2 enzyme interferes with arachidonic acid metabolism, induces a Th2 biased immune response, and by controlling NK activity exerts an anti-abortive effect. Tissue Specificity: Expressed at highest levels in testis. Moderate expression is detected in spleen, thymus, prostate, ovary, small intestine, and colon.
