The endocytosis ratio vorsetuzumab by 786-O increased with the increase of antibody concentration, and the Internalization Rate (%) reached 55% at antibody concentration of 0.67 nM.
HL-60 cells were stained with Anti-TNFSF7 / CD27L / CD70 Reference Antibody (vorsetuzumab) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.06731 ug/mL.
