意義：γ-谷氨酰轉肽酶 (γ-glutamyl transpeptidase, γ-GT) 是γ-谷氨酰循環(huán)中的關(guān)鍵酶，催化GSH降解。γ-GT催化GSH或者其他γ-谷氨?；衔锷系摩?谷氨?；D移到受體。也可以催化GSH和其他γ-谷氨?；衔锏乃?，產(chǎn)生谷氨酸鹽，在細胞外谷胱甘肽新陳代謝中起了重要的作用。 原理：γ-GT催化谷氨酰對硝基苯胺中γ-谷氨?；D移給N-甘氨酰甘氨酸，生成對硝基苯胺，在405nm有特征光吸收；通過(guò)測定405nm光吸收增加速率，來(lái)計算γ-GT酶活性。 |
