意義：α-GC(EC 3.2.1.20)廣泛存在于動(dòng)物、植物、微生物和培養細胞中，催化水解芳基或烴基與糖基之間的α-糖苷鍵生成葡萄糖，不僅與細胞壁的松弛或加固有關(guān)，而且與細胞識別和一些信號分子產(chǎn)生密切相關(guān)。 原理：α-GC 分解對-硝基苯-α-D 吡喃葡萄糖苷生成對-硝基苯酚，后者在 400nm 有最大吸收峰，通過(guò)測定吸光值升高速率來(lái)計算α-GC 活性。 |
