Immunoglobulin G (IgG), is one of the most abundant proteins in serum with normal levels between 8-17 mg/mL in adult blood. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions; to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 1011 variants. 1、PE-CY3是PE和Cy3偶聯(lián)而成的熒光染料，用于標記Rabbit IgG分子，適用于大、小功率激光器的流式細胞儀(細胞流式同型對照)； 激發(fā)波長(cháng)488nm；最大發(fā)射波長(cháng)570nm。 2、因其最大發(fā)射波長(cháng)為570nm，在Beckman Coulter流式細胞儀的FL3通道檢測,在BD流式細胞儀的FL2通道檢測；PE-Cy3與單核和粒細胞非特異性結合多。 |
