瘧原蟲(chóng)的保護性抗原主要在蟲(chóng)體表面，統稱(chēng)表面抗原。在瘧原蟲(chóng)生活史的發(fā)育各期，既有共同抗原，又有期特異性抗原，近年來(lái)經(jīng)研究發(fā)現了惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)和間日瘧原蟲(chóng)的配子表面的保護性抗原，已證明成熟子孢子體外附著(zhù)的環(huán)子孢子蛋白（Circumsporozoite protein，CSP）具有明顯的抗原性。 紅內期瘧原蟲(chóng)的不同發(fā)育階段，其抗原的質(zhì)和量均有變化，并可在被寄生的紅細胞膜上表露出來(lái)。裂殖子和子孢子均屬游離的瘧原蟲(chóng)，因此誘導的宿主免疫均較明顯。已知有許多瘧原蟲(chóng)抗體可作用于裂殖子，使裂殖子凝集，阻止裂殖體釋放裂殖子。裂殖子表面抗原與其侵入紅細胞有關(guān)。 |
