    產(chǎn)品介紹 Beta-adrenergic receptors (Beta-1 adrenoreceptor) mediate the catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. This receptor binds epinephrine and norepinephrine with approximately equal affinity. Subcellular location cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Homologous desensitization of the receptor is mediated by its phosphorylation by beta-adrenergic receptor kinase. Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.

    Function:
    Beta-adrenergic receptors mediate the catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. This receptor binds epinephrine and norepinephrine with approximately equal affinity.

    Subunit:
    Interacts with GOPC, MAGI3 and DLG4.

    Subcellular Location:
    Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Note=Localized at the plasma membrane. Found in the Golgi upon GOPC overexpression.

    β1腎上腺素能受體(Beta-adrenergic Receptor-1 )在接受交感神經(jīng)節后纖維支配的各種器官中存在著(zhù)與腎上腺素、去甲腎上腺素起反應的受體,稱(chēng)為腎上腺素能受體。其化學(xué)性質(zhì)尚不清楚。用對藥物反應的方法,腎上腺素能受體可分為α及β兩個(gè)類(lèi)型。腎上腺素對α、β及D型受體均起作用,而去甲腎上腺素主要對α型起作用。
    β1AR所引起的反應為支氣管擴張、血管擴張等,腎上腺素受體可被β13,4-dichloroisoproterenol(D-CI)等阻斷藥物所抑制。
